QA Manual Tester

Job Location: Novi Sad

We are looking for a QA Manual Tester who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their QA career who wants to develop testing skills while working closely with experienced team members to ensure our software products are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Agile/Scrum team to test software and ensure it meets the defined quality standards.
Learn and apply basic testing practices, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
Follow and execute predefined test cases and document results.
Report bugs, document issues clearly, and communicate with developers to help resolve them.
Contribute to test planning and review processes as you gain experience.

Requirements:

Some knowledge of software testing principles or prior experience through internships or coursework is a plus.
Basic understanding of test plans and test case creation.
Familiarity with any bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Good attention to detail and eagerness to improve quality through testing.
Basic communication skills to report and discuss bugs with the team.

Bonus:

Any experience with API testing tools (like Postman) or basic database query knowledge is a plus.
Interest in learning about automation testing tools.

Education:

Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

QA Engineer

Job Location: Novi Sad

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products. In this role, you will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and address potential issues, ensuring that our applications meet high standards of usability and performance.

Responsibilities:

Participate as a key member of the Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual testing for web applications, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.
Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and contribute to test planning and strategies.
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance user experience and functionality.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to create detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases.
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform database queries for testing purposes.
